1 General Definitions

iwebt is a platform providing online gaming and sports betting services for users in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between individuals who use the iwebt platform, website, and related services ("Services") — referred to as "User" or "you" — and iwebt ("Company").

1.1 Changes to the Service

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.

1.2 Language

This agreement is written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the original, the Burmese original shall prevail.

2 Account Registration and Account Management

2.1 Eligibility

To register an account at iwebt, the following conditions must be met—

• You must be 21+ years of age.
• You must be able to confirm compliance with Myanmar laws and verify your identity as a citizen.
• Accounts may only be registered using your own personal information; registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Each person is allowed only one iwebt account.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

The name, age, and contact details provided during registration must be accurate. If inaccurate information is found, the Company has the right to suspend and close the account and may decide to forfeit the balance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, contact iwebt customer service immediately.

2.4 Account Suspension and Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any account it reasonably believes is involved in a breach of these terms, without prior notice.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

iwebt offers a 200% Welcome Bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of 500,000 Ks. For example—

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 40,000 Ks must be wagered 20 times, which equals a total wagering requirement of 800,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 1,020,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 500,000 Ks must be wagered 20 times, which equals a total wagering requirement of 10,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must meet the 20x wagering requirement (Wagering Requirement ×20) on the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. While a bonus is active, funds can be wagered across various games, though restrictions may apply to certain games as determined by the Company.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

If the wagering requirement is not met within 7 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus funds will expire. If you have any questions about a bonus, please contact customer service.

4.4 Cashback

VIP members can receive weekly cashback based on their VIP tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Cashback is paid in the form of bonus funds and the relevant bonus wagering requirements apply.

6 Restrictions and Prohibited Actions

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the iwebt platform—

• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or exploits
• Playing using bots or automated software
• Opening multiple accounts from a single player to claim additional bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

6.2 How Violations Are Handled

If any violation of the above prohibitions is found, the company has the right to immediately close that account and withhold the balance without notice. iwebt's decision on such matters is final.

8 Limitation of Liability

The iwebt platform is not responsible for financial losses caused by the player's own actions, disconnection from the player's own internet, device malfunctions, or in-game decisions.

8.1 Platform Unavailability

The company will not be held liable if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, server failure, or circumstances beyond the company's direct control. The company's decision on how to handle such interruptions is final.

8.2 Game Decisions

The company also reserves the right to review and correct any incorrect outcomes caused by technical errors in a game. The final decision will be announced within 48 hours of the company's involvement.

10 Agreement Expiry and Closure

This agreement is in effect from the date the iwebt account is opened until the date it is closed by the company. If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact iwebt customer support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed, as withdrawals will not be processed after closure.
